You need to apply at least a nickel-size amount (roughly a teaspoon) of Mama Sol sunscreen daily to your face, ears, and neck. Do this 15 minutes before you head outside. Reapply sunscreen at least every two hours (we aim for every 80 minutes or so). It’s important to reapply more often right after swimming or sweating. Pro tip: Set a timer on your phone when you’re out and about, since it’s super-easy to forget to reapply sunscreen.
