Thank you for choosing Mama Sol! We are dedicated to providing you with a hassle-free shopping experience from start to finish, which includes our shipping policy.

Shipping Time

Orders placed before 12 pm on a business day will in most cases be shipped the same day, while orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped the next business day. However, please note that there may be exceptions to this rule, but we will do our best to promptly communicate any delays to you. We ship most of our packages USPS First Class Mail from our distribution center in California. Depending on where in the US you're located, this can take 3-5 business days to reach you.

Sustainability

At Mama Sol, we care about the environment, so we use recyclable materials for our shipping. Your order will be shipped using cardboard boxes, brown paper dunnage, and water-activated paper tape. We do not include packing slips or invoices with your order to reduce waste. Instead, all information related to your purchase will be available on your order confirmation and shipping emails. If you happen to delete or lose these emails, please contact us at support@shopmamasol.com, and we will resend them to you promptly.

Liability

  • Once your package is in the hands of the mail carrier, it is no longer our responsibility. However, if your package is delayed or lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you with filing a claim with the carrier or helping to locate your package.
  • Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been shipped. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we will not be responsible for reshipping the package. The customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs to reship the package to the correct address.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to inventory shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If your order is canceled, we will notify you and issue a full refund.
  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items that have been damaged or lost during shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • If you refuse delivery of a package or fail to pick up a package from a shipping carrier, we will not be responsible for issuing a refund or reshipping the package.
  • We reserve the right to modify our shipping policies without prior notice. Any changes to our policies will be reflected on this page.
